Program Manager Job at SierTeK Ltd.
Job Purpose
The Program Manager helps ensure that the corporate operating processes are satisfactory and provides support through all phases of the corporate business development.
Qualifications:
- Education/Training (both required and desired):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of direct professional experience in the field.
- Associates Degree in related field with 4+ years of experience in the field.
- Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Job Duties:
- Responsible for supervising employees on managed programs (20%)
- Responsible to collaborate with POC's and Program Managers on status and support of programs and development (20%)
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing program data (15%)
- Responsible to work in partnership with corporate team on lifecycle of the programs (25%)
- Responsible for reviewing and submitting Monthly Status Reports (MSR's) (10%)
- Other duties as assigned (10%)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate successfully (orally and written)
- Time management skills
- People management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Understanding of company rules, regulations, and benefits
Working Conditions and Location:
- Office environment
- Travel as required
- Remote work as required
