Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Job entails all aspects of property maintenance and some construction, including, but not limited to, landscaping, painting, carpentry helper, and snow removal. Commercial properties mainly around Bristol, RI and a driver's license is required. Pay based on experience but no experience is required.
Any of these skills/experience are a plus:
Walk behind mower and weedwack
Use backpack blower
Use backpack sprayer to kill weeds
Snow removal/shovel/snow blower
Drive pickup with small trailer
Operate a forklift
Use a scissor lift/boom lift
Interior and exterior paint
Weed planting beds and plant trees/bushes, general landscaping
Use hand tools - hammers, shovels, post hole digger, rakes, sledge
Use small power tools - saws, drills, shop vacuum, pressure washer
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
