We are currently seeking a licensed psychiatrist for full or part-time positions in our Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona locations. A third office in the Scottsdale area will be opening with a focus on trauma.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in an area of psychiatry
• Two years of clinical experience preferred especially if in TMS
• Independent state license in Arizona and DEA
• Experience providing clinical operations support or leadership aptitude
• Solid EMH skills, knowledge of key contracts with payors, and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical experiences
• Experience with children or adolescents or can focus on an adult-only population
• Experience with collaboration in a team environment
• Interest in collaboration with Nurse Practitioners is beneficial

Northlight Counseling Associates is a group established in 1985 consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed psychologists, counselors, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists working together to provide our clients with the best services available in treatment, support, and referral. The modalities utilized range in areas of treatment options from family and play therapy to psychodynamic therapy for individuals. The Northlight team holds particular expertise in counseling for depression, bipolar, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, PTSD, bereavement, transgender and sexual concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, child behavioral and family concerns, EAP, disability, and work-related concerns. Both leadership and the Northlight providers are excited about the growth of the team.
