Quality Assurance Supervisor Job at TMCO
- Maintain current working knowledge of required codes and standards applicable to this position, including but not limited to:
- ASME Codes – B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, BPV Section V & VII
- ANSI Standards – B1.1, B1.2, B1.12, B16.5, B16.11, B16.25, B16.34, B16.36
- ISO Standards – 5167-1&2, TR 9464/12767/15377
- National Association of Corrosion Engineers Standards NACE – MR-0175
- Manufacturers Standardization Society Standards MSS-SP-55 & MS-SP-75
- American Petroleum Institute API 14.3 Section 3
- American Society for Testing & Materials – A105, A108, A216, A217, A240, A351, A352, A479 and others
- Monitor the calibration of measuring tools and equipment
- Work with Vendors to meet TMCO quality standards and in accordance with Engineering specifications
- Prepare reports as required or necessary in support on quality activities
- Supervise the Quality personnel at the Wewoka facility by monitoring the quality of work and instructing employees on updated products and procedures on a daily basis
- Review production quality, recommending and taking corrective action to assure required performance in all areas
- Assign inspection activities and other tasks to quality personnel.
- Any unlisted tasks as required by the VP of Manufacturing.
- Use of precision measuring tools and understanding of geometric tolerances
