We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager who is enthusiastic and motivated by the challenge of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a very fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills with personnel across multiple departments and have an ability to work well with little supervision.
Technical: This position will work with our software team to ensure that new releases pass consistent test suites in a variety of environments. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of quality control in manufacturing, as well as experience following ISO 9000 procedures.
Technical: Video streaming services require massive bitrate storage and efficient, high-throughput networking. This is an early opportunity to shape the development of one of those systems for a company who is looking for early expertise in the video streaming industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop policies that promote high-quality work.
- Ensure that all employees follow the policies.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior quality control persons.
- Consult with experts on quality issues.
- Consult with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct investigations to determine the cause of a problem.
- Analyze the data, compare it to internal company standards, and write reports summarizing the data.
- Recommend actions that can be taken to resolve quality issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,180.00 - $70,105.00 per year
