POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team of practice management professionals in the Idaho area. The position will work most closely with Medical Imaging Associates of Idaho Falls, a 29-physician practice serving many hospital and outpatient imaging clients. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice in a large healthcare market. In addition, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups. As the Practice Director, you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups. You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business and clinical solutions to complex matters in our practice. The Practice Director is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of quality care and customer satisfaction of the practice.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and continue to create a premier local radiology practice in the Idaho market

· Oversee local operations team, including Practice Managers, Schedulers, and other administrative staff, providing coaching, mentoring, feedback, and growth

· Lead and partner with physicians and business development staff to grow strategically in the Idaho market

· Ensure effective radiologist scheduling, anticipating problems before they arise, mustering resources to support staffing, and leading teammates in execution

· Leading recruitment, hiring, onboarding of new radiologists, PAs, teammates, and other staff

· Sustain healthy relationships with all practice clients, including C-suite, Directors, Radiology Managers, Medical Staff Offices, referring physicians, and other key stakeholders

· Utilize analytics to drive operational impact, tracking and reporting core operational and financial metrics

· Manage compensation pool, finance and accounting, with particular focus on executing quarterly true-ups

· Anticipate, prevent, and solve problems in structured, collaborative, time-bounded manner, balancing independent ownership with readiness to dissent and ask for help

· Oversee execution of core operations tasks, in partnership with local teammates and RP support teams: quality, peer review, licensing, credentialing, billing, coding, documentation, IT, etc.

· Drive implementation of national initiatives led by RP Operations

· Manage and support the Local Practice Board and radiologist leadership, culture, and governance

· Communicate impactfully and appropriately in written, digital, and in-person formats with wide range of stakeholders: LPB, radiologists, new hires, clients, vendors, RP support teams, RP Operations leadership, and other stakeholders

· Sustain strong relationships through RP, with other practices, support teams, and leadership, leveraging them to bring resources to bear locally

· Partner with RP teammates to grow and build the practice nationally

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
