Description:
Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist in our Northern Kentucky District Office, located in Crestview Hills, KY. This office manages a large number of condo and single family home communities.

This challenging opportunity includes:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls from homeowners, vendors, and other callers
- Greeting visitors and maintaining lobby and reception area in good order
- Entering and closing maintenance work requests in Yardi
- Accepting deliveries, sorting and distributing mail
- Office schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Administrative experience demonstrating computer literacy and telephone system experience
- Experience in a high volume, busy office with competing demands
- Drug and background check
