As the Regional Manager’s you are to ensure quality of standards, operating objectives, and goals established by the Owner(s) for assigned residential communities.

  • Proficient in Yardi, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Internet, excellent presentation skills and creative ability

  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, move seamlessly between projects as situations requires.
  • Must be able to read and understand financial reports.
  • Must be able to handle crisis.
  • This position may require some weekend work
