Griswold Home Care is growing and in need for New Jersey RN(s) on a "as needed basis" in Mercer and Southern Middlesex Counties New Jersey. You will supervise our CHHA's in our client homes. We have been assisting seniors in Middlesex and Mercer County for Twenty Six years! Excellent reputation in the area and we have wonderful caregivers that allows us to stand apart in a crowded field.
RN are required to maintain our Accreditation with CHAP and New Jersey license with the Board of Consumer Affairs
Responsibilities
- Caring person needed to create plan of care for our clients at the start of care and monitor the client with home visits every 60 days. Supervision of our CHHA's, competency reviews of the caregivers.Maintaining accurate client and caregiver logs
- Educating our caregivers as needed to enhance our client's quality of care
Benefits
- $50.00 / hour or home visit
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.75/mile
- Payroll direct deposit every two weeks
