Education, Training and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Associate Degree, preferred
• Previous similar repair experience
• Database Entry, Sage and Microsoft Access experience are preferable
• Microsoft Office experience
• e-Requester procurement software experience preferable

• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people
• Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn new repair tasks quickly
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output
• Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times
• Good reading and math skills
• Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all RMA requests & issue RMA numbers
• Check in/out all RMAs for all vending parts from all jurisdictions
• Communicate RMA status effectively and updating the database accordingly
• Process parts on RMA warranty with vendors
• Manage repair parts inventory, tracking RMA parts usage and order as needed
• Order tools and office supplies
• Provide bi-weekly Cost Savings Report
• Conduct and document incoming inspection and/or testing of burster motors and rollers
• Repair and verify in working order lottery terminal components returned on RMAs, as time permits when needed
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meet daily repair goals
• Other duties as needed
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as demands increase/decrease, and overtime as needed
