River Heights seeks an experienced Registered Nurse who will be responsible for evaluating and assessing medical conditions and functional needs for services for potential and current residents.

Minimum qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current unrestricted Minnesota RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Basic computer skills and electronic health record systems experience
- One plus years experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships with them and their families in the transition between settings
- Working knowledge of state rules, regulations and compliance requirements as it relates to assisted living.
Preferred qualification:
- Experience successfully directing staff, team building, performance evaluations and conflict resolution in an acute, sub-acute or skilled nursing setting
