The Rotational Program Analyst, Liquidity & Succession role will be part of an innovative, entrepreneurial, high-performing team that is leading the evolution of LPL’s go-to-market strategy with new business lines and advisor affiliation models. Our rotational program is designed to groom entry level talent with high potential by exposing them to various teams that support our success. The Analyst will rotate through Business Development, Integrations Management Office, Portfolio Management and Corporate Development. Each team will draw on different strengths and pose diverse challenges that will ultimately build a foundation for you to be successful on your chosen path at the end of your rotation. The Analyst will be responsible for management reporting, executive presentations, market-sizing, generating new acquisition opportunities, report automation, financial modeling, and advisor business integration in partnership with other key internal partners.

What will you do as the Rotational Program Analyst, Liquidity & Succession?
Business Development Rotation
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities
- Craft LPL’s “buyer profile” and value proposition to generate success in a competitive deal marketplace
- Ensure an exemplary advisor experience with new affiliation models by coordinating with internal partners through discussion, demonstration, and leading by example to meet and exceed advisor expectations; acute focus on Liquidity & Succession experiential and capabilities design.
- Leverage market data to identify opportunities, influence capabilities development, and guide marketing campaigns.
Integrations Management Office Rotation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the integration of the advisor’s business is seamless and prepares them to thrive in their new business environment
- Support end-to-end advisor integration experience of this new model from the ground up by serviing as a key point-of-contact through each phase of the M&A process – from due diligence through to the ultimate closing of the transaction
- Partner with Corporate Development and Business Strategy teams to understand the prospect’s needs and plan for a seamless execution of the integration plan
- Support management of advisor relationship and provide hands-on support in order to help them integrate their existing business into LPL’s platform seamlessly
- Identify opportunities and create solutions to expedite and improve the process
Portfolio Management Rotation
- Develop and maintain automated reporting to demonstrate the financial and operational performance of our acquired practices and business line as a whole
- Present advisor practice and business line performance to executive leadership, as needed
- Support strategic initiatives and execution of LPL’s Liquidity & Succession model expansion and program management deliverables.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Human Capital, Corporate Real Estate, Technology and Info Sec to develop an affiliation model that is ready for consistent year over year growth
- Serve as key support for project management status, deliverables, and management reporting.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners to strategize and develop innovative solutions for an industry-leading advisor experience.
- Provide research, analysis, and project management on a variety of strategic initiatives supporting the evolution of Liquidity and Succession
Corporate Development Rotation
- Engage with acquisition opportunities, creating relationships that help drive a successful process
- Collaborate with functional due diligence teams, including legal, finance & accounting, tax, human resources, operations, IT, sales, and strategy
- Develop, in partnership with Business Unit leaders, financial projections for acquisition targets and integration plans
- Prepare presentations and reporting to senior management on potential M&A transactions, capital structure, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Perform research, reporting and analysis on M&A activity and strategic partnerships in the industry
- Monitor past acquisition metrics
- Ad-hoc analysis, research, financial modeling, and additional responsibilities as required

What skills, experiences and/or education is required?
- Experience working within the independent wealth management industry. Familiarity with existing investors in the wealth management space (including aggregator models, private equity firms, and banks)preferred. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
- An entrepreneurial drive and a do-what-it-takes attitude, grounded in tangible results.
- Superior analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data and ability to evaluate business opportunities within the context of a larger organization.
Pay Range:
$31.67-$47.51/hour The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.Please Note :
