The Senior Business Analyst will support short and long term operational and strategic business activities by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational data. This individual will develop, improve, and implement strategic business solutions to complex problems and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and customer experiences through research and analysis of data and processes. This role is an individual contributor position supporting divvyDOSE business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Engages in reporting and analysis projects by contributing to report requirement gathering, development, and documentation of functional/technical specifications
- Supports operational analytics and process improvement data deep dive; identifies and executes on new opportunities for increases in efficiencies and performance
- Develops and implements SQL to extract, transform, load data, and create reports for business partners on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Serves as a resource to others
- Influences leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and/or approaches

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience with a technical or healthcare background
- 3+ years of experience with technical process/coding documentation
- 3+ years of executive reporting experience, preferably with financial, operational, or regulatory data
- 2+ years of data visualization development experience with Looker or other visualization tool
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare industry reporting experience
- Experience with GitHub
- Experience with Snowflake Technology or similar

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
