Ayden Healthcare of Piqua is seeking a full time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) for a skilled nursing position in Piqua, OH (located North of Dayton). MENTORING program available for new grads! This unique, in-house position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of dedicated health care professionals that pride themselves in providing quality patient-focused care. Our Rehab Department has an unwavering dedication the lives of those we serve every day. PRN hours also available.
Duties Include:
- Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
- Education for Residents and Caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contributes to team effort
- Perform Daily Documentation
