Job Duties

- Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise*
- Greet, interact, and monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention
- Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily*
- Help customers in billing and payment processes at the stores counter*
- Resolve and handle customer issues effectively.*
- Handle merchandise in a store in a safe and secure manner.*
- Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves*
- Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems*
- Help with preparation for displays and windows
- Clean the store and ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty.*
- Find and retrieve store merchandise.*
- Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the supervisor.
- Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or current enrollment or GED Required.
- Previous On-the-Job training or experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Computer experience needed.
- Must pass criminal background check.
