· High School Degree / GED or attending college· Experience in a school/childcare setting with the handling and knowledge of positive redirection for the benefit of children· High integrity, competent, confident and coachable· Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality· Highly professional and dependable· Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels with an understanding of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children· Excellent communication, good listening, follow-up and problem-solving skills, including high coping capabilities
