We are seeking experienced Thread Rolling Set-Up Operators to join our team. In this role, an experienced Thread Roller will setup and operate equipment our thread rolling machinery and various other pieces of manual equipment. The right candidate is highly experienced and can produce precision parts and inspect their own work.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate manual machines
- Prior experience with thread rolling
- Ability to perform inspections on your own parts
- Troubleshoot issues
- Utilize lean manufacturing practices
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, manual dexterity, and an eye for detail. You should have a knowledge of mechanics and safe work practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year doing thread rolling directly
- Demonstrated experience producing small prevision parts
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to have a high level of manual dexterity
