Warehouse closing Team Lead (shift ends at 9PM) Job at MoreFlavor! Inc.
Moreflavor Inc.'s corporate headquarters and main shipping warehouse is looking for a Team Lead to help finish out the day and close the warehouse Monday through Thursday.
We are looking for a full time employee. Monday through Thursday 12:30PM to 9PM is what we really need, and the 5th day, can be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, however those shifts end at 5PM, so it would be an earlier start time. This schedule would be consistent and it would be rare that we change your schedule. Working until 9PM is a must, but we are slightly flexible with the start time.
Someone with warehouse experience would be ideal, but we would also accept people who are good at learning new tasks with good communication skills, who have supervisor, assistant manager, or Team Lead experience.
This job does require heavy lifting, and working on your feet the entire shift. You must be able to occasionally lift something up to 65lb (which isn't too frequent). We sell heavier items, but you will always have the ability to use equipment, or ask for help lifting heavier items.
We are looking for someone who is interested in learning how to do as many tasks as possible.
When we hire managers and assistant managers, we are usually looking to promote our team leads. This is an upwardly mobile position.
Job duties may include:
Picking Orders
Packing Orders (Fedex/USPS)
Freight shipments
Loading and unloading trailers
Wrapping and loading pallets
Maintaining a clean workspace
Downstocking (on a reach truck forklift)
Helping teammates who have questions, or need training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
