Workday Integration Developer
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 7+ years working experience in Workday integrations, Web Services, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, SOAP, REST API, SQL, and system integration development
- BS degree in CS, CE, EE, MIS, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in building Workday PECI integrations
- Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do “what it takes” to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of ground
- Understanding of development methodology and actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work cross-functionally
- Current Workday Integration development certifications
Desirable Technical Skills
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
- Review business/functional requirement documents, author technical design documents, and produce high quality integrations that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, Enterprise Productivity Engineering to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications
