Key Responsibilities

  • Verify daily DDA and Savings account transactions for accuracy, authorization, and compliance with account mandates
  • Review and verify all account maintenance activities, including new account openings
  • Verify daily Mobile Banking account transactions and maintenance in line with approved procedures
  • Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and in accordance with established guidelines
  • Monitor unposted accounts and ensure timely reversal of unposted transactions

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English, or higher qualification
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital banking platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Good problem-solving skills
