What You Will Do:

Attain Partners is searching for a Business Analyst who can effectively support change management, project management, business process modernization, and strategic planning initiatives for higher education, non-profit, and commercial clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences
• Assist in the creation of project deliverables
• Coordinate daily fieldwork and project team activities
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Project management

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate high quality analytical and problem-solving skills within time and organizational boundaries
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
• Ability to travel nationwide
• Demonstrate ability to stay current in certifications, training and industry trends and practices
• Embrace entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the organization
• Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience
• Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience

Desired Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in management consulting

Certifications:

• Prosci Change Management Certification, a plus but not required
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Six Sigma) a plus but not required

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree
