Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent or contract position with the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules and applications, such as GRC, HAM, SAM, APM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD.
- Customize ServiceNow functionalities using JavaScript, Angular, and other web technologies to meet specific client needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST API, SOAP API, and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the stability and reliability of the implemented solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize platform usage.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, successfully implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including GRC, HAM, SAM, APM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies for customization and enhancement purposes.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, and other methods.
- Familiarity with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and data management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and their application in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience with ITOM, SCCM, JAMF, or other related tools and technologies.
