Project Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records meeting minutes and keeps project logs accurate and up-to-date.
- Types memorandums, letters and other documents as required by project staff.
- Assists project teams with tasks as per objectives.
- Works collaboratively with the Corporate Compliance Officer and other team leaders to maximize project productivity.
- Completes any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, maintaining files, typing/drafting reports and managing correspondences from project team members.
- Assists with external vendors and schedules appointments.
- Participates actively in the planning and organization of company events.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strong preferred with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.41 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
