Description:
The RN will:
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain patient flow in the office.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to requests for information in an appropriate way.
- Under direct supervision and direction of the practitioner, demonstrate the ability to perform procedures in the office setting.
- Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives in the delivery of patient care.
- Develop and maintain human relationships and integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and /or healing.
- Apply leadership skills appropriately.
- Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and demonstrate competence in health promotion.
- Manage self and resources effectively.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Active Vermont RN License
- 1 year experience (preferred)
